The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted dozens of persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Morris Murray last week. The indictments include 29 year old Kai-Drew T.D. Marshal of Defiance on felony counts of Rape, Sexual Battery, and Felonious Assault. It’s alleged than on June 9th Marshall raped a female subject on Carter Avenue, and caused serious physical harm to the victim.
18 year old Kohal Mayer of Defiance was indicted for Importuning, and Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter involving a Minor. The victim was a 14 year old female.
And 28 year old Ruben Benavides was indicted for Trafficking in Heroin, and Corrupting another with Drugs.
