Sentences were handed-down in two cases before the Defiance County Common Pleas Court this past week. 32 year old Dustin Gonzales of Defiance pled guilty to two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. Gonzales was ordered to serve 24 months in prison, which will be served consecutive to sentences from Henry County crimes.
And 36 year old Rontoy Manning of Defiance was convicted of Vehicular Assault, stemming from an accident when he was driving with a suspended license, and a female was passenger was seriously injured. Manning was sentenced to 30 months in prison, to be served consecutive to another prison term.
