FULTON COMMISSIONERS REVIEW SALE TAX REVENUES

The Fulton County Commissioners reviewed sales tax revenues at the halfway point of 2018 during a recent meeting.  So far this year, sales tax receipts in Fulton County have topped 3.7 million dollars.   But that figure is about $235,000 behind last year at the halfway point in collections.

Commissioners approved the bid for paving of various county-owned parking lots to Geddis Paving at $141,000, which is about $3,000 lower than the engineer’s estimate.

ODOT reported to Fulton County Commissioners on highway projects this summer.  State route 66 between the Henry County line and the south end of Archbold will be resurfaced, and a section of route 66 going north out of Archbold.  Sections of state route 108 and route 109 in Fulton County will also be resurfaced this year.
