RUNOFF NEEDED FOR HENRY COUNTY TOMATO PAGEANT 2018

It looks like runoffs will be needed in three communities as we gear-up for the 2018 Tomato Festival Pageant at the Henry County Fair.  Pageant Director Deb Nation reports three contestants will vie for Miss Napoleon City in the runoff.  They are Hannah Sickmiller, Lynsey Bressler, and Veronica Vocke.   Three more girls are running for Miss Napoleon Township:  Alexandria Biederstedt, Alyssa Norden, and Marissa Smith.

And Pleasant Township has 3 girls battling for the chance at thousands of dollars in scholarships.  They are Cameron Slee, Kirsten Hoffman, and Paige Snyder.            The top prize for queen at the Tomato Festival this year is a $3,500 scholarship.            The runoff for the pageant is Sunday, June 24th at 2pm, at the Napoleon Jr. High gymnasium.         And there are still two slots to fill for the Tomato Festival Pageant.   Girls from Freedom and Washington Township are invited to contact Deb Nation to be part of the pageant, including recent grads or those attending college.  The number is 419-409-18-95.
