Sentences were handed-down in two cases before the Defiance County Common Pleas Court. Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray reports 35 year old Alesha Altic of Defiance was convicted of Domestic Violence, after two previous convictions for the same offense. Altic was sentenced to 30 months in prison, to be served consecutive to another case, for a total of 47 months behind bars.
And 32 year old Paul Bongiorno of Wauseon pled guilty to Aggravated
Trafficking in Drugs, and was sentenced to 24 months in prison. Bongiorno sold over 10 grams of methamphetamine in the parking lot of a Defiance business
