A familiar name is eye-balling a site in Napoleon to open a restaurant operation. Outlaw Barbecue and Smokehouse has applied for a certificate to take-over the former Turkeyfoot Printing location at 215 West Front Street in Napoleon. The property is already zoned commercial; but any changes to the exterior of a building in the Napoleon preservation district needs to gain approval from that commission. That meeting of the Preservation Commission is set for Tuesday, May 8th at 5pm. Preliminary word is Outlaw Barbecue wants to set-up a mostly carryout restaurant at the Front Street site in Napoleon.
