HC GRAND JURY INDICTS 15, INCLUDING FENTANYL CASES

The Henry County Grand Jury met this week, with 15 persons indicted on felony charges.   Prosecuting Attorney Gwen Howe Gebers presented the cases that included with 11 of the subjects being indicted for drug offenses.   Henry County also has seen their first indictments with fentanyl involved, the deadly material being mixed in drug trafficking.

23 year old Caleb Malosh, and 23 year old Meagan Rivera, both of Napoleon were indicted for Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Fentanyl.                              28 year old Brian Brooks of Wauseon was indicted for Complicity to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and Permitting Drug Abuse.

32 year old Paul Bongiorno,III of Wauseon was indicted for the same offenses.

51 year old Jerome Borrer of New Bavaria was indicted for Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, and for Cultivation of Marijuana.

And Deshler Police Chief Ryan Bowersox, age 42 of Hamler was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
