The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted 22 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman this week. Some of the indictments include 44 year old Michael Prystasch, Jr. of Napoleon for Theft, and 8 counts of Forgery.
40 year old Christie Leffler of Delta was indicted for Grand Theft and Tampering with Records. It’s alleged Leffler stole over $7,500 in unemployment benefits.
18 year old Seth Fletcher of Wauseon was indicted for Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, and Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter involving a Minor. The victim in this case was under 16.
And 40 year old Christopher Bloomer of Wauseon was indicted for Illegal Cultivation of Marijuana, Endangering Children, Having weapons while under Disability, and Possession of Marijuana.
