TESTIMONY IN SENTENCING PHASE OF WORLEY TRIAL-TUES

There was no testimony in the Fulton County Courtroom today (Mon.), where the jury will decide the fate of convicted murderer James Worley.   There was dialogue between attorneys for both sides, and Judge Jeffrey Robinson; along with a report filed by Dr. John Fabian of Texas.   Dr. Fabian interviewed the defendant James Worley, and will be testifying before the court on his analysis.                 The defense is expected to call 6 other witnesses to provide mitigating evidence to keep Worley from receiving the death penalty.              The state of Ohio will be reviewing evidence presented previously, and will be emphasizing points in the specifications as to why James Worley should be executed for his crimes.
