NAPOLEON NATIVE AUTHORS HISTORICAL GERMAN SETTLERS

There have been thousands of stories handed-down around northwest Ohio in families with German heritage.   Each with their own challenges as they moved from Europe to America.              A Napoleon grad has penned a series of historical fiction about his family’s move to Ohio.  Todd Palmer is on his 7th book in the series telling the story of how families in Germany became Americans.  Palmer now lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; but is in Henry County this weekend; and will be signing his latest book, and offering others in the series.   You can check-out the very familiar history of many of us, with a special event at the Lumberyard Winery, and book signing this Sunday from 1 till 3pm on West Front Street in Napoleon.
