Sentences were handed down in a couple of cases from Defiance County Common Pleas Court. 36 year old James Delarber of Defiance pled guilty to Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, and was sentenced to 4 years in prison. Delarber had his driver’s license suspended for ten years when released.
31 year old Jonathon Lawrence was convicted for Domestic Violence. Lawrence was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
And 23 year old Stone Meyer pled guilty to Possession of Cocaine, with a pre-sentence investigation ordered by the Defiance County Court.
