Police in Napoleon were dispatched to 777 Scott Street in Napoleon around 3am this morning, when the Circle K Carryout was hit by a robbery. No other details have been released by Napoleon Police; but the Henry County Sheriff’s office sent one of their canine units for tracking. No one has been arrested at this time; but more details are expected to be released this morning.
The Henry County Sheriff’s office made an arrest on road O near road 10 at 10:34pm Monday, when 26 year old Marguerite ‘Lacy’ Weber of Napoleon was charged with Assault. Weber was transported to the regional jail, pending a court appearance.
An identity theft case was also checked-out by deputies at an apartment on East Street in Liberty Center just before 3pm Monday.
