The Fulton County Commissioners reviewed the balance sheet for the landfill transfer station, and discovered they are losing money. As a result, commissioners have approved an increase in disposal fees at the landfill. The minimum cost will jump from $14 to $15.50. And the cost of regular refuse will move from 3.5 cents per pound to 3.9.
The Fulton County Commissioners are also looking for a new member of their tax incentive review council, after a recent resignation.
