The Defiance County Common Pleas Court handed down prison terms in cases prosecuted by Morris Murray. 42 year old Alexander Kendall of Bryan pled guilty to Aggravated Possession of Drugs, which was five times the bulk amount of Methamphetamine. Kendall was sentenced to six years in prison, to be served concurrent with a crime in Williams County.
38 year old Jason Long pled guilty to Failing to Register a Change of Address as a Sex Offender. Long was sentenced to 9 months in prison. His original conviction was for Compelling Prostitution.
And 22 year old Dominic Martin was found guilty to Safecracking and Grand Theft. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered for Martin.
