This week in the Ohio General Assembly, two abortion bills have been passed by the senate, and are working their way through the house. The first would outlaw certain abortion methods used in the second tri-mester. The other would require all fetal remains from a surgical abortion facility to be disposed of by cremation or burial.
The Ohio House is also considering a bill that would prohibit any person under the age of 21 from purposely creating, producing, or distributing any sexually explicit digital matter through a telecommunications device. It’s a bill that would outlaw sexting by anyone under 21 years old .
