More sentences were handed down by the Henry County Common Pleas Court. 30 year old Nicolas Kesler of Hamler was convicted of Menacing by Stalking and Telephone Harassment. Kesler was placed on community control for three years, and ordered to serve 180 days at CCNO.
33 year old Nathan Cover of Liberty Center pled guilty to Vandalism, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
And 35 year old Alan Carter, Jr. of Holgate pled guilty to Possession of Heroin, and was placed on community control.
In Fulton County Court, 29 year old Patrick Reaster of Wauseon pled guilty to Trespassing in a habitation when a person was likely to be present. Reaster was placed on community control, and ordered to serve 90 days at the regional jail with work release, along with paying restitution to the victim.
