A number of sentences were handed down in Henry County Common Pleas Court recently. 32 year old Daniel Oberlin of Defiance pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. Oberlin was placed on community control for three years, and ordered to complete the Search program.
37 year old Sampson Williams of Napoleon pled guilty to Failing to Register a Change of Address as a Sex Offender. Williams was sentenced to 18 months in prison, to be served concurrent with a Williams County case.
21 year old Timothy Wagner of Napoleon was found guilty of a probation violation, and his community control was continued. Wagner was originally convicted of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
And a charge of Breaking and Entering against 19 year old Kole Kania was dismissed in court.
