Then at 3pm Thursday, 41 year old Michael Hartley, Jr. of Napoleon was charged with Marijuana Paraphanalia on Stout Street.

The Henry County Sheriff’s office reports they are waiting on information regarding a subject that fled from the scene of an injury accident on Wednesday.   29 year old Brandon Schultz of Napoleon was a passenger in the crash on U.S. 6 at road P.   The sheriff’s office received word that Schultz checked-in at the emergency room of St. Luke’s Hospital, and was receiving treatment there.  He is wanted on a warrant for Failing to Appear in Court.

And the Liberty Center fire department was dispatched to a blaze that ignited in a pickup after 8:20 last night on U.S. 24.

There’s also news on a fire that struck in a home at 1010 South Perry Street in Napoleon on January 14th.  The cause as determined by the state fire marshall’s office was a faulty electric plug from a clothes dryer.   That ignited combustibles nearby and spread to other parts of the home.
