THREE VEHICLE CRASH SENDS FOUR TO THE HOSPITAL

A three-vehicle collision just east of Napoleon sent four people to the hospital with injuries Tuesday afternoon.  The Henry County Sheriff’s office was dispatched to U.S. 6 at county road P at 3:50pm yesterday.  21 year old Saige Moyer of Napoleon was westbound on route 6, when his auto struck the rear of a semi and trailer waiting to make a left turn.  After striking the semi, Moyer’s car then crashed into an eastbound vehicle driven by 20 year old Erica Taylor of Kent, Ohio.  Saige Moyer suffered serious injuries, and was transported from the scene by Life Flight, and taken to St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.  His passenger, 18 year old Gabrielle Moyer of Napoleon was taken to the Henry County Hospital by McClure Rescue, but then transferred to St. Vincent Medical Center by Life Flight.  Erica Taylor and her passenger, 20 year old Annamarie Long of Medina, Ohio were both transported to the Henry County Hospital by Napoleon Rescue.  U.S. 6 was closed for about 2 hours to clear up the wreckage.
