An Archbold man was sentenced to prison after his conviction on a drug charge in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 51 year old Stuart Carroll of Archbold pled guilty to Possession of Heroin, and was sentenced to 7 months in prison.
43 year old Jason Caldwell of Stryker pled guilty to Theft of Drugs from a nursing home. Caldwell was placed on community control for three years, and was ordered to pay restitution.
And 30 year old Danyel Vanarsdalen of West Unity pled guilty to Attempted Complicity in Possession of Heroin. Vanarsdalen was sentenced to 130 days at CCNO.
