A rural Defiance woman has been indicted for Attempted Aggravated Murder by the Defiance County Grand Jury. Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray reports the indictment indicates 52 year old Linda Osting of Nagel Road, Defiance allegedly shot her husband once with a handgun, causing serious physical harm. Osting was also indicted for Felonious Assault. The crime reportedly occurred December 11th, 2017 in a residence along Nagel Road. Osting is currently being held at CCNO.
Other indictments by the Defiance County Grand Jury included 40 year old Jeremy Fisher of Defiance for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.
And 43 year old Natalie Ixcot of rural Defiance was indicted for Grand Theft and Tampering with Records. It’s alleged Ixcot illegally obtained over $40,000 in social security benefits.
