If preparing and serving food in a safe manner is important to you and your company; you’ll want to be part of a certification class being offered by Fulton County OSU Extension. The training is provided using the National Restaurant Association Serv-Safe curriculum.
The first class will be February 14th and 15th; but others are scheduled this summer and fall. Each class has a capacity of 25, and will be offered at the Robert Fulton Agriculture Center across from the Fulton County Fairgrounds north of Wauseon.
