The second phase of a construction project in the city of Napoleon is being submitted for funding through the Henry County Commissioners, and the community development block grant program. Napoleon is planning to complete the second half of the rebuild of Park Street later this summer, from Sheffield headed east to Riverview. The estimated cost is 1.4 million dollars, with the grant application anticipated around $375,000. The western portion of Park Street was completed in 2017.
And the Henry County Commissioners approved Mike Horst as the bee inspector for this year, at $15 per hour plus mileage; with the total payout not to exceed $1,600.
