Council is committing money to the street-scape project on 3rd Street, between Clinton and Wayne, with the help of CDBG funds. The total project is about $149,000.
And Defiance Council passed the legislation to purchase equipment to monitor and analyze overflows in the sewage system. The $85,000 outlay will provide information immediately when the overflows in the system occur.
