The Putnam County Sheriff’s office reports there is updated information regarding a fatal incident at the Hilty Memorial Nursing Home property in Pandora on January 7th. Putnam County Coroner Anne Horstman has identified the victim as 76 year old Phyllis Campbell, a resident of the home. Campbell’s body was found outside on Sunday morning. The autopsy reveals she died of hypothermia.
