Sentences were handed-down in several cases from Henry County Common Pleas Court recently. 29 year old Michael Houser, Jr. of Swanton, formerly of Napoleon, pled guilty to Gross Sexual Imposition, in a case that involved a victim under the age of 13. Houser was sentenced to 12 months in prison.
31 year old Dustin Gonzales of Defiance pled guilty to Aggravated Assault. Gonzales was sentenced to 17 months behind bars.
And 37 year old Anthony Jones of Napoleon pled guilty to Rape, involving a victim under the age of 12. Jones was sentenced by Judge John Collier to a prison term of 6 years.
