The doors swung open for students Wednesday to the new high school-middle school in the city of Defiance. The two-year project wrapped-up late in 2017, and school personnel made the move over the Christmas break, so students could finish 2018 in a new learning environment.
The Defiance city schools will host a ribbon-cutting, dedication and open house this Sunday from 2 till 4pm.
