There were two dozen accidents investigated in Henry County alone over the holiday weekend; but only one involved injuries. The sheriff’s office was called to route 108 and road Y near New Bavaria at 12:06 this morning, when 32 year old Marcellino Sanchez of Napoleon lost control of his vehicle. The auto slid into the ditch, causing injuries for Sanchez, who was transported to the Henry County Hospital by the South Joint Ambulance District.
The Henry County Sheriff’s office also made an arrest Friday at 10:14am, when 39 year old Corrie Patton of Bowling Green was arrested at 660 North Perry Street in Napoleon. Patton was wanted on a warrant from Wood County and was turned over to their law officers.
