There’s a new option for obstetric patients of Mercy Health-Defiance Clinic. The birthing center at the Henry County Hospital is available for Mercy patients, through a new partnership between the two local healthcare providers. Defiance Clinic doctors and midwives are delivering in Henry County, and can accommodate many birthing plans from hydro therapy, physio balls, and other types of pain management. Private birthing suites at the Henry County Hospital allow women to labor, deliver, and recover all in the same room.
