A Defiance man was sentenced to prison on four counts of Gross Sexual Imposition. 63 year old Kevin B. Frost of Defiance was ordered to serve 54 months in prison, and was classified as a tier-2 sex offender. The case involved sexual contact with a female victim under 10 years of age. The sexual offenses committed by Frost occurred between August and November, 2016. The court imposed 5 years of Intensive supervision in probation, once he is released.
