By re-issuing some notes on a previous construction project, the Wauseon Schools will be saving the district close to $80,000. The interest rate for the new bonds is being locked-in this week for the re-financing.
The Wauseon school board approved that resolution, and accepted the resignation of Beth Dennis from the cafeteria staff. The board also commended Miriam Frank for her 12 years of service on the Wauseon board of education.
