In just over a month, a rural Delta man will go on trial in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, facing charges of Abduction and Murder. James Worley is accused in the murder of 20 year old Sierra Joughin of Metamora. A pre-trial hearing was held Monday, that led to discussion on jury selection, which will take place on Tuesday, January 16th in Wauseon. There were motions filed regarding the introduction of cell tower tracking evidence, and pings from local cell towers to identify the location of subjects.
