More sentences were handed down in Henry County Common Pleas Court recently. 27 year old Nicholas Krontz of Napoleon pled guilty to Trespassing in a Habitation, and Domestic Violence. Krontz was placed on community control for two years, and was ordered to spend 30 days at CCNO.
31 year old Shannon Cooper of Napoleon was found guilty of Possession of Cocaine. Cooper’s intervention in lieu of a conviction was revoked.
20 year old Kaleb Guelde (geldy) of Bryan pled guilty to Attempted Felonious Assault, and another count of Assault. Guelde was placed on community control for three years, and ordered to complete an intense counseling program.
Daniel Oberlin of Defiance pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered by the Henry County Court.
And 35 year old Jessica Garcia of Defiance pled guilty to OVI, and was placed on community control for five years. Garcia had her license suspended for five years.
