A major decline was reported in the number of vehicle titles issued for November in Defiance County. Clerk of Courts Amy Galbraith reports that figure fell from 2,131 last year, to 1,835 in November of this year. That’s a drop of nearly 300 in the month. New car titles held steady last month at 108; but titles for new trucks fell by 20. Titles for used cars and trucks in Defiance County each declined by about 100. There were fewer titles issues in November for motorcycles and watercraft as well.
Fulton County recorded an increase in their vehicle titles for November, jumping by more than 60 to a total of 1,429.
There were increases in new truck titles, used cars, and motor homes. But there were declines reported in Fulton County for new cars, vans, motorcycles and watercraft.
