The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted 10 persons recently after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman. Some of those indictments include 38 year old Robert Kroeger of Wauseon, charged with Grand Theft, and Tampering with Records.
20 year old Nicholas Spangler of Delta was indicted for Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Vehicle, and for Carrying Concealed Weapons.
53 year old David Mason, Sr. of Wauseon was indicted for Having Weapons while under Disability.
And 25 year old Erli Lainez of Hamilton, Ohio was indicted for Importuning, and Attempted unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor. It’s alleged Lainez solicited sexual conduct through the Internet with a victim between the ages of 13 and 16.
