HENRY COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 8

The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 8 persons after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Gwen Howe Gebers last week.

The indictments include 33 year old Nathan Cover of Liberty Center, for Domestic Violence and Vandalism.

37 year old Sampson Williams of Napoleon was indicted for Failing to Register a Change of Address as a Sex Offender.

29 year old Jessica Rivera of McClure was indicted for Falisification, and Illegal use of Supplemental Nutrition Benefits.

26 year old Ashley Altaffer of Napoleon was indicted for Trafficking in Drugs.

The Henry County Grand Jury indictments also featured 22 year old Rachel Bowen of Napoleon and 32 year old Raymond Munoz of Elmore, both for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

32 year old Shawn Thomas of Convoy was indicted for Trafficking in Drugs.

          And 34 year old Michael Thompson of Napoleon was indicted for Permitting Drug Abuse.
