A Malinta man was arraigned in Napoleon Municipal Court on a felony charge of Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle. 29 year old Ronnie Andonian, II of Malinta had his initial appearance; and was released on a personal recognizance bond. Andonian is scheduled back in court on Thursday.
30 year old Louis Ochoa of Deshler was arraigned on a charge of Felonious Assault, with bond set at $50,000. Ochoa was ordered to not enter the village of Hamler, if released from jail. His preliminary hearing is this Thursday.
And a felony charge against 31 year old Nathaniel Williamson of McComb has been dismissed in Napoleon Municipal Court, upon motion of the state.
