The Henry County Sheriff’s office made arrests and investigated accidents over the weekend. Friday night, 19 year old Brandon Omlor of Liberty Center was picked-up on a warrant on Mary Ann Street in Liberty Center. Omlor was transported to CCNO.
A break-in was investigated Sunday morning at property along U.S. 6 west of Napoleon.
And a driver lost part of his load from a trailer on U.S. 6 east of McClure over the noon hour Sunday, causing a trailing vehicle to swerve out of control into the ditch. 6 subjects were injured in that crash, 34 year old Michael and Rachel Stevens of Arlington, Ohio; along with their children ages 4,6, 9 and 12. All the victims were transported to the Wood County Hospital by McClure Rescue, and other local EMS squads. 38 year old Joshua Byers of Grand Rapids was cited for an unsecure load.
Napoleon Police made a number of arrests over the weekend, picking-up subjects wanted on warrants. Taken into custody were 31 year old Zachary Hoffman of Napoleon, 22 year old Clay Evans of Defiance, 33 year old Nathan Cover of Liberty Center, 32 year old Matthew Rhoads of Napoleon, and 20 year old Christian Rayoum of Napoleon.
And Saturday afternoon Napoleon officers charged 55 year old James Hill of Napoleon with Disorderly Conduct, Littering, and Cruelty to Animals.
