The Napoleon Rotary and Lion’s clubs are joining forces to again host the downtown Halloween parade next Monday, October 30th. Line-up time is 5:30pm next Monday at Buckenmeyer Stadium, when judging will commence. The parade will start at 6pm, with participants making one lap around the track, and then lineup on the field. The groups will be judged in 11 categories ranging from toddlers to middle school band. Refreshments will be served from the west concession stand.
