HENRY COUNTY COURT-WARRANTS ISSUED FOR NO SHOWS

Warrants have been issued from Henry County Common Pleas court, after two subjects failed to appear at sentencing hearings.  28 year old Dustin Irvin of Napoleon had earlier pled guilty to Breaking and Entering, and a pre-sentence investigation was ordered by the court.  Irvin never showed at the sentencing hearing.

And 31 year old Dustin Gonzales of Defiance pled guilty to Aggravated Assault.  A pre-sentence investigation was ordered for Gonzales, and he failed to appear in court on the sentencing date.

26 year old Ciara Dinsmore of Napoleon pled guilty to Obstructing official Business, Endangering Children, and Possession of Heroin.  Dinsmore was placed on community control for three years, and was ordered to spend 99 days at CCNO, with credit for time already served.
