The new substance abuse treatment facility going-up at the Oakwood Office Complex in Napoleon is nearly complete. Project coordinator Matt Rizzo reports the Napoleon Renewal Center will see construction wrap-up around October 31st, with an opening projected for mid November.
The Renewal Center will offer a 16-bed facility for those requiring detox from substance abuse, and other mental health issues. It will also have an outpatient program, all for male patients. The treatment center will employ between 35 and 45, with openings now for RN’s, counseling positions, and for social workers. Miller Diversified of Maumee was construction manager for the project, with a number of local companies hired for other phases. A ribbon-cutting and open house for the Napoleon Renewal Center is scheduled for Friday, November 17th from 11am till 1pm.
