Over 300 students from across the region will converge on Northwest State Community College on Friday as part of Manufacturing Day 2017. Those students will get an up-close look at about 45 industries in the four county area, many with job openings ready to fill. Students will also hear from some of the newest employees at companies like Spangler Candy and Sauder Woodworking, on their path from high school to a career.
The event is coordinated by Northwest State, and economic development directors in the four counties.
