The city of Napoleon has approved the transfer of some property to enhance some economic development in the community. Napoleon owned some ground along the former railroad track off East Riverview, and that has been acquired by World Class Collision. They are making plans to expand at their East Riverview location, due to an increase in orders and production. Their plan is to construct an addition to their current facility, and increase the size of their parking area. This expansion should include the addition of 2 to 4 employees over the next few years.
The other parcel transfer approved by Napoleon Council this week is for property along Independence Drive that is requested by an unidentified company looking to expand.
