The Henry County Sheriff’s office made an arrest last evening in Holgate. 46 year old William Harris of Napoleon was charged with Assault, and was taken into custody on North Squire Street in Holgate just after 6pm. Harris is being held at the regional jail.
And bond was set at $50,000 for 59 year old Alberto Mireles of Deshler, after his arraignment in Napoleon Municipal Court on a felony charge of Domestic Violence. A protection order was imposed by the court, if Mireles posts bond. His preliminary hearing is next Thursday.
