And this is the 6th time HCH has been on that list. Employees reported in the survey that the Henry County Hospital was family-focused, allowing flexible scheduling whenever possible. They also cited monthly celebrations to recognize staff accomplishments, and the fact the administrative team and management staff due rounds regularly with employees. The average non-exempt annual pay at the hospital was listed at just over $46,500.
