An expansion plan is in the works for a relatively new company in Defiance looking to grow. Credit Adjustments, Inc. has applied for a block grant through the small cities program, as they look to invest nearly 1 million dollars into their local operation. The investment includes equipment, and the addition of over 100 employees over the next two years. That could lead to a move from their location at Florence and Spruce Streets, to a home along Ralston Avenue in Defiance. Credit Adjustment, Inc. plans to consolidate staff from three other states to their site in Defiance.
