TOLEDO WOMAN CONVICTED OF AGGRAVATED VEH. HOMICIDE

More sentences were handed down recently in Henry County Common Pleas Court.  35 year old Gilbert Fonseca of Swanton pled guilty to Aggravated Assault, and was placed on community control for three years.  Fonseca was also ordered to spend 60 days at CCNO.

          31 year old Troy Murdock of Liberty Center pled guilty to Attempted Felonious Assault and was placed on community control for three years.  Murdock must also serve 60 days at the regional jail, and pay restitution of over $4,000.

In Fulton County Common Pleas Court, 23 year old Carrie Buckenmeyer of Toledo pled guilty to Aggravated Vehicular Homicide.  Buckenmeyer was placed on community control, and was ordered to spend 180 days at CCNO, along with paying restitution of over $9,300.  Buckenmeyer was convicted of causing the death of Joan Adamson in a crash from August 2016 on U.S. 20 in Fulton County.
