There are four candidates that will not show-up on the ballot when it comes to the fall general election in Henry County. Four local residents submitted their names as write-in contestants, and all four are running for school board seats.
In the Holgate district, Elizabeth Schuler is a write-in candidate; while there are two write-ins for the Archbold school board. They are Carrie-Ann Baden, and Jacqueline Wyse. Another write-in candidate has filed to run for the board of education of the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center- Brian Baker of Liberty Center.
Early voting for the fall general election this year will open on October 11th.
