The Fulton County Grand Jury indicted a number of persons this week, after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney Scott Haselman (haze-el-man).
33 year old Daniel Maynard, Jr. of Napoleon was indicted on two counts of Theft of Drugs.
21 year old Mark Cormack of Richmond, Virginia was indicted for Felonious Assault.
And 29 year old Randy Solly, Jr. of Delta was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property, Burglary, Theft of Drugs, Grand Theft and Vandalism. One of the items allegedly stolen was a firearm.
