The Henry County Commissioners have contracted a company to handle their appraisal for the senior center. Meritus will be appraising the structure at a cost of $1,500. The city will also seek an appraiser, and an independent company will also submit a recommended valuation. That will help determine an asking price for property, when they get set for sale or auction.
The Henry County Board also talked about the local revolving loan fund, and technical assistance provided by Maumee Valley Planning Organization. They are working on the amount of administrative cost to bill for Maumee Valley Planning.
The courthouse sidewalk renovation project is underway, and no problems have developed so far.
